Exciting opportunity to join the European leader
in webcasting technologies as part of our Research
& Development team, which is being increased
in size in line with strong growth in our business.
The successful candidate will play a key role
in developing and expanding our range of applications
and services.
Duties and responsibilities will include;
- Design and development of Internet applications
to service mass, global audiences
- Design and development of server-side management
applications
- Code optimization
The ideal candidate will have some or all of the
following;
- A minimum of 2-3 years experience in a software
development role
- Expert knowledge of C#, VB.Net, C++, and Microsoft
.Net technologies
- Excellent all-round IT skills
- A degree in computer science or related discipline
The successful candidate will also be expected
to demonstrate;
- Strong analytical skills to investigate and
resolve problems, often under tight timeframes
- Desire to develop new skills
- High levels of reliability and professionalism
- An organised and methodical approach, with
good attention to detail
- Co-operative teamwork skills
- The ability to initiate and follow through
on tasks and improvements of all levels of complexity
- Good communication (verbal and written) and
interpersonal skills
